Our client is seeking a Maintenance Administrator to join their team to support the Maintenance Manager., based south of the river.

Our client is seeking a Maintenance Administrator to join their team at their large food production facility. This role is essential in supporting the clients Maintenance Manager by coordinating daily activities related to procurement, scheduling, compliance, and inventory management.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 7 AM - 3 PM, with flexibility for the right candidate.

Salary: $39.25 per hour

Location: (Kwinana / Rockingham area)

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and maintain maintenance planning and scheduling databases
• Process work orders and maintain accurate maintenance records
• Coordinate preventive maintenance tasks and ensure timely mobile plant servicing
• Manage vendor relationships and procurement processes, including sourcing quotes and inventory tracking
• Generate reports, conduct audits, and ensure compliance with safety and procedural standards
• Collaborate with the maintenance and operations teams to enhance service efficiency

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• 2-4 years of administrative experience, ideally in a maintenance or related field
• Proficient in MEX (preferred) and SAP systems
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams
• High attention to detail, with a proactive and service-oriented mindset
