Join Rocky Bay as a Customer Engagement Officer - Make a Real Difference!
Are you passionate about creating meaningful connections and empowering people with disabilities? Rocky Bay is looking for a dynamic and motivated Customer Engagement Officer to join our dedicated team in Perth for a 12 month fixed term parental leave contract!
In your role as a Customer Engagement Officer, you are most often the first interaction and contact that our customers have with Rocky Bay. You will deliver exceptional experiences to our customers to facilitate their journey from service enquiry, through to intake, service contract development and renewal.
About the role:
- Salary: $71,630 - $76.735 + Salary Packaging (providing tax benefits of up to $18,550)
- 12-month Fixed Term parental leave contract
- Location: Joondalup
Rocky Bay is looking for individuals who:
- Experience in providing high quality customer service using a person-centered approach through multiple channels i.e., phone, email, online, video link and face to face
- Experience on efficiently and effectively using customer data software to create, maintain and optimise customer information and service requests
- Exceptional time management skills and ability to manage a high case load of diverse and unique customer portfolio
- Experience within the Disability and NDIS sector
