THE ROLE
Maintain training records and the provision of training administration support across Duratec and its subsidiary’s.
- Coordinate bookings of both internal and external courses and training programs
- Manage training and competency records of all personnel and ensure legislative and HSECQ requirements are met
- Coordinate wage subsidies and complete other ad-hoc training administration as required
- Monthly reporting to senior management and HSEQ personnel
- Maintain national supplier list and research new potential suppliers and RTO’s.
- Support the maintenance of internal record management and LMS systems - Moodle
- Undertake other training projects as required

Desirable Qualifications and Requirements
- Certificate in Business Administration or other relevant field
- Drivers Licence
