About the Role
We’re looking for a dedicated Client Services Associate to join our Perth team and play a critical role in supporting private wealth advisers with high-quality administrative and client service. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- End-to-end administrative support across the advice process
- Document preparation and data entry
- Implementation and placing of trades
- Reporting and CRM management
- Liaising directly with clients and stakeholders to ensure smooth service delivery
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar client services or admin role, ideally in financial services
- A passion for a long-term, administration-focused career
- Outstanding organisational skills and attention to detail
- Professionalism, accountability, and confidentiality
- A collaborative mindset and a proactive approach to problem-solving
