About our client
Our client, a leader in offshore energy and renewables consulting, works with energy companies and their subcontractors on developments around Australia and the Asia Pacific region.

Comprised of a highly skilled team of engineers, geologists, and geophysicists, they have operated in Perth for 10 years across two locations and are adding to their team due to increased demand of their services.

About the opportunity
This full-time, in-office role reports to the Managing Director and requires a capable individual to manage tasks efficiently, providing high-level administrative support.

In this role, you will:

• Maintain clear and concise communication with team members
• Manage project and task registers to track workflow and progress
• Identify potential issues and address them
• Adapt to evolving work priorities and assist across admin functions

You will support daily operations by preparing agendas, overseeing schedules, managing spreadsheets, contributing to QHSE and infrequent recruitment-related activities. The scope includes occasional front-of-house responsibilities for an EU consulate.

About you
You are an experienced administrator who is comfortable in a fast-paced, technical environment. You bring organisation, initiative, and a solution-oriented approach to your work. To be successful in this role, you will possess:

• 5+ years in high-level EA/AA positions in Corporate settings
• Strong communication, organisational and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, or other administrative systems
• Prior exposure to QHSE functions and /or recruitment is a bonus

You must have full Australian working rights and be willing to obtain a police clearance.
