About the Role:
This is a unique opportunity for an experienced Risk professional to step into a high-impact, enterprise-level role that supports and strengthens risk management across the entire Group. Reporting to the Manager – Group Risk, Quality & Assurance, you will play a pivotal part in embedding a proactive and robust risk culture, while supporting the development and advancement of the enterprise risk and compliance frameworks.
You’ll work closely with senior leaders across diverse operations (including supply chain, trading, marketing, and IT) to ensure risks are well understood, controls are embedded, and compliance obligations are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate divisional risk workshops and present to the Executive Risk Committee.
- Maintain and enhance the enterprise-wide risk and compliance management system.
- Conduct business impact assessments and ensure BCPs are current and tested.
- Support compliance obligations management through legislative review and updates.
- Coordinate executive and board-level risk reporting, including risk committee papers.
- Provide input into internal audits, crisis simulations, and assurance mapping.
- Administer the organisation’s fraud analytics platform and risk technology tools.
- Partner with stakeholders across the business to build risk maturity and resilience.
You will bring:
- 4–10+ years of risk management experience (enterprise, compliance, or audit focus)
- A tertiary qualification in business, risk, law, or related fields
- Experience with ISO 31000:2018 and contemporary risk frameworks
- Excellent communication and board reporting skills
- A systems-savvy mindset – confident with enterprise risk platforms (Power BI advantageous)
- High attention to detail and strong organisational influence
