Identify opportunities for increased distribution of our Petfood brands
Mars Petcare Australia home of market leading brands such as PEDIGREE®, DINE®, & WHISKAS®.
Permanent Full time, covering Western Australia, plus vehicle

We are seeking a passionate, vibrant and driven Field Sales Representative where you will be responsible for growing numeric distribution of our petfood brands. You will need to challenge yourself to find new distribution opportunities, find additional space within existing customers and own the outcome of physical availability in your designated territory of Western Australia.
You will be a proven self-starter who can work independently and be part of a larger team.
What will be your key responsibilities?
Identify additional opportunities for increased distribution of Petfood brands by assessing market data, trends and your customers’ preferences to ensure our products are the customer’s first choice.
Track and manage territory revenue targets and financial performance using available data
Build numeric distribution within the territory, ensuring visibility, space and presence in both Independent and Key Account stores
Maintain a programmed cycle of service calls to promote the company’s products, campaigns and launch NPD
Conducting presentations for the customer’s key staff, demonstrating new products and the correct use of current products and their support tools
Be part of a highly energised and passionate team, both locally and nationally
What are we looking for?
Relevant degree in Commerce, Sales or similar and relevant experience
Previous experience working with KPI’s and exceeding allocated targets
Excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to build strong and influential relationships with diverse stakeholders
Proven track record of creative problem solving & delivering results.
Driven, self-reliant and resilient, able to respond and adapt to a fast moving, swiftly changing environment.
Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data from a mix of data sources (Power BI, Excel etc.)
