The Opportunity
Stream Healthcare is seeking experienced Team Leaders and Managers for a range of leadership roles across Mental Health and Community Services in WA.

What You’ll Bring
- Relevant qualification – Social Work, Psychology, Counselling, or similar
- Leadership or senior experience in Mental Health or Community Services
- Ability to obtain National Police Clearance & Working with Children Check
