Occupational Therapist to join a well-established and growing NDIS provider supporting adults with physical and psychosocial disabilities. This Perth-based position offers a flexible work model, home-based with community visits across the metro area— areas in Rockingham or South Perth, with access to a Fremantle-based service office.
This is a rare opportunity for an experienced clinician to work in a collaborative and supportive environment, with the added potential to step into a Team Leader position. The ideal candidate will bring confidence in functional assessments, home modifications, and assistive technology.

- Salary between $95,000 and $125,000 + superannuation

Requirements
- Relevant Occupational Therapy qualification
- AHPRA-registered Occupational Therapist with a minimum of 2 years’ experience
- Clinical experience with adult physical disabilities and community-based practice
- Current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
