As a Senior Software Engineer, you’ll work across the stack, taking ownership from architecture to delivery, while mentoring others and playing a key role in integrating AI and large language model (LLM)-driven features into the platform.
What you'll be responsible for:
- Lead the design and delivery of AI-powered features from concept to production.
- Build and maintain RAG pipelines using vector databases like Pinecone or Azure Cognitive Search.
- Develop reusable prompt libraries and orchestration layers using tools like LangChain or LlamaIndex.
- Design scalable, resilient software solutions that solve complex business problems.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, gather requirements, and iterate quickly based on real-time feedback.
What you'll bring to the role:
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to work fast and independently in a startup environment.
- Strong AWS Skills - Infrastructure as code.
- Development experience across:
- Front-End: React.js (JavaScript/TypeScript)
- Back-End: Node.js with GraphQL APIs, PostgreSQL/MySQL
- Proven experience building with large language models and generative AI. (Amazon Bedrock, OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Hugging Face, LangChain, vector databases)
- DevOps experience: CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, release processes
- Experience with scalable architectures, high-availability systems, and database scaling.
- Bonus: Power Automate, performance/load testing, headless CMS, mobile frameworks (React Native, Ionic, PWA).
