Speech Pathologist to join a dynamic Allied Health provider, this role offers a mix of in-community visits, consultations and work-from-home admin in afternoons to suit your preferred delivery model.
You will manage a varied paediatric caseload focusing on early intervention for children aged 0–18, with opportunities to expand specialised feeding clinics in the future.

Your new job role:
- Community-based model under the NDIS with diverse government contracts and child protection services, delivering holistic paediatric interventions
- Caseload focuses on early intervention for children aged 0–18, with most referrals for autism and developmental delays and opportunities to expand specialised feeding clinics.
- Comprehensive induction programme with joint visits, shadowing and ongoing internal training, plus robust admin support to streamline clinical practice.
- Strong operational infrastructure, including rotating clinics within 30 minutes, travel reimbursement and resources to enhance service delivery.
- Team comprises over 55 allied health professionals, led by senior speech pathologists and occupational therapists delivering structured supervision, a 12-month preceptorship and clear career progression pathways.

Requirements
• Applicants must hold a recognised degree in Speech Pathology with current SPA membership.
• Valid Working With Children Check and National Police Clearance.
• Driver's License and Vehicle
