Western Australia (about 3 hours from Perth) – Australia: Our client is looking for a Senior Farm Hand to join the team.
Due to the remote location this position would suit a single or married candidate with no kids.
Only candidates with the relevant experience will be considered.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Full Driver’s license.
- Minimum AQF 3 Chemical Accreditation Course completion (ChemCERT).
- Tertiary qualification in Agricultural strongly desired – this includes Certificates III and Certificates IV in agriculture.
- Extensive experience in farming or related Kield, with a proven track record of successful farm management.
- In-depth knowledge of agronomy, animal husbandry, and agricultural economics.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills, with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, for collaborating with farm management and team members.
- Minimum of 5-years operational experience.
- Demonstrates exceptional proficiency and expertise in all aspects of farm operations.
- Exhibits strong leadership qualities and the ability to inspire and mentor others.
- Maintains a strategic focus on long-term goals and sustainability objectives.
- Adapts quickly to changing circumstances and effectively manages resources to optimize outcomes.
