Mechanical Fitters - $58 - $65/hr - Hybrid workshop & FIFO to site position
We’re seeking skilled Mechanical Fitters with solid crusher experience to join us at our Henderson workshop and on sites across WA. Join a high-performing team working on crusher overhauls, rebuilds, and shutdowns.
What We're Looking For
- Extensive experience working with cone, jaw, and gyratory crushers
- Skilled in crusher maintenance, overhauls, and rebuilds
- Comfortable working in both workshop and site environments
- Ability to interpret mechanical drawings and follow procedures
- A strong safety record and the ability to work both autonomously and in a team
- Flexible with short-notice shutdown requirements
- Australian-recognised Mechanical Fitter trade certificate
- White Card
- Working at Heights & Confined Space tickets (must be current within 2 years)
- Driver’s Licence (Manual preferred)
- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening
- Full Australian working rights
- Highly Regarded: Forklift, Dogging, and EWP tickets
What’s On Offer
- Ongoing role with full-time hours - Workshop 38 - 50 hours per week. Site: Up to 84 hours per week during shutdowns (1-2 weeks/ month)
- Top industry pay rates – $58/hr flat (Workshop) / $65/hr flat (Site work)
- Immediate start or flexible start date
