Schedule: Approximately 7:30 AM – 5:30 PM, Monday to Friday
Employment Type: Permanent Full-Time
Remuneration: $31.22 per hour + Overtime + Performance Bonus (if eligible) + 14% Superannuation

Position Overview

This role is best suited to individuals with previous experience in high-volume delivery operations. Primary responsibilities include:

• Conducting manual loading and unloading of freight in accordance with company procedures
• Executing timely, accurate deliveries (typically 60–100 stops per day)
• Representing FedEx with professionalism and a commitment to customer satisfaction
• Maintaining full compliance with all safety regulations, operational standards, and vehicle protocols

Candidate Requirements

• Unrestricted Australian working rights
• Valid Medium Rigid (MR) driver’s licence
• Clean driving record (no more than six demerit points within the past three years)
• Ability to successfully complete all pre-employment screening, including:

• Drug and alcohol testing
• Driving performance assessment
• Criminal history check
• Functional assessment

Demonstrated attention to detail, efficiency under pressure, and adherence to procedural standardsStrong customer service orientation and professional demeanourPrior experience in courier or freight delivery essentialAvailability during peak operational periods, including November and December
