The Role
We're seeking someone driven, proactive, and people-focused to join our Perth branch as a Recruitment Consultant / Trainee Recruitment Consultant.
You might be:

New to recruitment or early in your career, with strong people skills, adaptability, and a hunger to learn

An experienced recruiter with strong people skills and the tech know-how to leverage our systems for results

A graduate or entry-level candidate ready to launch a career in recruitment
In this role, you'll partner with clients beyond their recruitment needs. From sourcing and screening candidates to supporting account management and learning the ropes - no two days will be the same.
What You'll Be Doing

Managing the end-to-end recruitment process with candidates

Writing job ads and managing applications

Building and maintaining talent pools

Assisting with client service, bookings, and admin

Supporting injury management and safety processes

Ensuring compliance and database integrity via our systems

Visiting client sites with experienced team members
What We're Looking For

Recruitment experience is a bonus - not essential

Strong communication skills and a people-first approach

Ability to prioritise and work in a fast-paced environment

A team player who's proactive and eager to learn

Confidence with Microsoft Office and new systems
