Job Parts Interpreter, Perth

Prime Recruitment's Industrial, Trades and Services Division are specialists in providing labour solutions to the Resources, Fabrication/Engineering Industry throughout Western Australia.

We are supporting our client in their search for an experienced Parts Interpreter to join a close-knit and high performing team in Cockburn.

What You'll Be Doing

• Answer calls and provide timely responses to any inquiries from customers.
• Process spare parts orders.
• Monitor progress of sales orders and advise dealers of any issues, backorders and completion details.
• Liaise with other internal departments to address any issues with parts or sales.
• Assist the Parts Manager and fill in during leave periods as necessary.
• Provide after-hours call out support during peak seasons to support clients.
• Participate in a high performing culture focussed on safety and outstanding customer service.

What We're Looking for

• Previous experience in a similar spare parts role (preferably in manufacturing - not essential but highly advantageous )
• Experience in an industrial parts interpreter role is strongly preferred
• PRONTO experience is an advantage.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Reliable and dedicated staff member with a positive can-do attitude that lasts throughout the day.
• Computer literacy and willingness to learn about our products and systems.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings is a plus.
