Position Title: Systems Administrator

Salary: $95k - $105k + Super

Role Overview
The Systems Administrator will ensure the reliability, security, and performance of the organisation's IT systems. This role plays a key part in supporting staff, maintaining infrastructure, and enabling smooth day-to-day operations across multiple sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain Windows servers, Active Directory, Office 365, and core business systems.
- Oversee network administration, including switches, routers, firewalls, and VPN connectivity.
- Perform system upgrades, patching, backups, and disaster recovery planning.
- Provide Level 2-3 technical support to staff and resolve escalated incidents.
- Maintain accurate documentation, asset registers, and system configurations.
- Implement cybersecurity best practices and support compliance requirements.
- Support technology projects, cloud migrations, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Strong experience as a Systems Administrator, Infrastructure Engineer, or similar.
- Proficiency with Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, Azure AD, and Office 365.
- Good understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, routing, switching).
- Experience managing backups, storage, and disaster recovery tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work autonomously.
- Excellent communication and customer-service mindset.
- Prior experience in the Not-for-Profit sector is desirable but not essential.
