Job Business Analyst, Perth

This large organisation is undertaking a major multi-stream digital transformation to modernise its core operational and planning systems. The program will deliver a modern, integrated platform for data management, process optimisation, and workflow planning across multiple business functions.

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join the program team and support the successful design and delivery of this high-impact transformation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work within an Agile delivery environment to analyse, document, and validate business and technical requirements.
• Partner closely with product owners, developers, architects, and business stakeholders.
• Facilitate workshops, discovery sessions, process mapping, and backlog refinement.
• Translate business needs into clear user stories, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria.
• Support solution design, sprint planning, and iterative delivery across technical and business streams.
• Contribute to continuous improvement across workflows, processes, and digital experience enhancements.

Key Requirements:

• 5+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst in large, complex programs.
• Strong background in Agile delivery, including backlog management.
• Extensive experience using Azure DevOps and/or JIRA.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Strong facilitation capability and confidence working with both technical teams and business representatives.
• Proven ability to interpret business requirements and translate them into clear functional and technical specifications.
