Are you an experienced Restoration Technician, or do you have a background in commercial or domestic cleaning and are ready to advance your career? Our work includes responding to disasters and catastrophic events, specialising in insurance repairs and restoration for damages caused by flood, fire, water, mould, and storm damage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform emergency “make safe” works to mitigate further damage
• Prepare detailed reports and quotations on damage, including content inventories
• Carry out mould remediation, structural drying, and fire restoration services
• Set up and use specialised restoration equipment
• Liaise with insurers, loss adjusters, and clients to ensure clear communication
• Maintain high Health and Safety standards
• Potential for travel to provide support during catastrophic events
• Participate in after-hours and weekend rosters

Requirements:

• Experience in commercial or domestic cleaning (experience in building restoration, carpet cleaning, or trades is a plus)
• Willingness to travel and respond to after-hours work as needed
• Valid driver’s license and police check
• A valid White Card is essential for this role and will be required if you progress beyond the interview stage.
