The Energetics Institute is at the forefront of Body Mind Psychotherapy practice and research in Perth, Western Australia. We offer Psychotherapy, Counselling and Coaching solutions, with particular emphasis on the Body Mind connection, as well as offering conventional talk therapy. We offer Individual, Couples/Marriage/Relationship Therapy, Family and Group Therapy. We have a wholistic approach to healing where the emphasis is on the mind, body and emotions. We handle a range of problems including Depression, Anxiety, Post Traumatic Stress, Abuse, Addictions, Anger Management, Stress Management, Grief, Crisis Management, Low Energy, Self Esteem problems, Shame, Guilt, Co-dependency. We use strategies related to Integrative Body-Mind Psychotherapy based on the underlying concepts of Core Energetics, Bioenergetics, Reichian therapy, the work of Bruce Lipton, Candace Pert, trauma specialist Pat Ogden, awareness leaders such as Ken Wilber, and Family Constellations work of Bert Hellinger. The objective is to efficiently and holistically deal with the entire significance of each person by purposely incorporating mind, emotions, body and spirit.
